cant take this any longer. my heart been thumping hard ever since i came home. and ever since i came home, i couldnt sleep a wink. now that its 15 more mins to six am. i never felt so desperate to sleep. dad just left the house for work. and, i just had a cookie, 3 glasses of hot water and 1 glass of milo. i thought it'd help the soothing. but noooooo. my heart is still. thumping. palpitating. oh no it cannot stop. my eyes are red. im a goner. i need some sleep now
